Full Screen ® Mills are widely used throughout the process
industries for many different particle reduction applications
requiring high capacities, power efficiency and uniform
particle size. All six models feature the exclusive
Full Screen ® design, a proven system that ensures total
use of the available screen area. Screens are placed
where extensive tests have shown most of the grinding
action takes place. This increases throughput capacity
without increasing power requirements. This approach
also improves access to working parts and simplifies
screen changes. All Full Screen ® Mills also feature
top center feed and reversible, fully symmetrical rotors.
The center feed distributes the product across the full
width of the screening area for even hammer wear, and
it allows the rotor to be reversed so both edges of
the hammers can be used for replacement. The  screens
on all models are mounted in heavy-duty frames, which
maintain correct clearance between hammers and screens.
Rotors are wider for varied hammers and arrangements,
and all are supported between two heavy-duty pillow
block bearings. All of these design factors combine
to provide a controlled, uniform granular grind, with
easy maintenance. All models are available in an agricultural
version denoted by an "S" instead of "I" in model designation.
