Rota-Sieves are designed to meet high capacity sifting
for large and small processing applications such as
bulk load-in/load out. Processed particles ranging in
size from _" to 44 microns (325 mesh) can be scalped
and/or separated with ease. Rota-Sieves are ideal for
sizing, sifting, scalping, classifying, breaking of
agglomerates, and product conditioning applications.
The combination of high centrifugal force and blade
spreading action reduce binding problems, even when
handling materials  that
tend to flake or agglomerate due to fat or moisture
content. The rotating blades spreading action distributes
product around the sieve cylinder for complete utilization
of screen area and conveys oversize particles to discharge.
Rota-Sieves have become one of the standards in the
baking industry. Standard models come in several different
sizes to meet most capacity requirements and are made
with enclosed stainless steel housing to eliminate dust
problems. These units use little floor space and are
quiet with no motion or vibration transferred to its
surroundings. Screen changes are done quickly and without
use of hand tools.
