The SCI-1024 MicroProcessor Based Controller is capable of automating a variety of control applications. Typical applications include single and multiple scale systems for Gain-in-Weight and Loss-in-Weight Batching Systems. The SCI-1024 is also capable of controlling processing applications for material handling systems unassociated with weighing & batching. Typical applications include Liquid Metering Systems, Air Conveying Logic and equipment monitoring systems. The SCI-1024 Micro Processor Based system is a flexible controller capable of maintaining processing reports, Material Inventory & Usage, Temperature and other data related to Processing. Additionally the system controls mixing sequencing and other functions of material processing. Formulation and Sequencing of the materials is programmable with storage capabilities. Each system is provided with detailed operation manuals that include electrical schematics, Electrical Interconnecting Diagrams and a Sequence of Operation in paper and electronic versions.
