| PC BASED TOUCHSCREEN BATCHING CONTROLS |
The Sterling Control Touchscreen Batching Controller is a Personal Computer Based Controller capable of automating a variety of control applications. Typical applications include single and multiple scale systems for Gain-in-Weight and Loss-in-Weight Batching. The Touch Screen Controller is also capable of controlling processing applications for material handling system unassociated with weighing & Batching. Other applications include Liquid Metering Systems, Air Conveying Logic and equipment monitoring systems. The Touch Screen Control is a flexible controller capable maintaining processing reports, Material Inventory & Usage, Formulation, Tolerance Control for Material weighments and processing Temperature parameters. Additionally, the system controls mixing sequencing and other data relating to processing. Formulation and Sequencing of the materials is programmable with unlimited storage capabilities. Each system is provided with detailed operation manuals that include Electrical Schematics, Electrical Interconnecting Diagrams and a Sequence of Operation in paper and electronic versions. |
